Why the booking finishes on WhatsApp
A car booking has details that matter — the exact building, a flight number, a child seat, an extra stop on the way. A form cannot hold a conversation, and a booking nobody confirmed is not a booking.
So the website does the tedious part: it works out the distance, shows every car that fits and writes the trip out. You send it with one tap and a person replies. You keep the booking in writing on your own phone.
What helps us
- The exact pickup point — a landmark, a building name or a map pin saves a phone call
- Date and time, and the flight or train number for a station or airport pickup
