The distance shown on this website is an estimate of the road distance for your trip. The fare is the one we confirm with you on WhatsApp or by phone before the trip. If the route or the plan changes on the day, the fare changes with the actual distance and time.

Booking and confirmation

A booking exists once we have confirmed it on WhatsApp or by phone. A search on this website is not a booking, and a message you have not sent is not a booking.

Cancellation

Tell us as early as you can. If a driver has already set out for your pickup, we may ask for the running cost of that trip — we will always say so before charging anything.

Luggage and passengers

Each car has a stated seating and luggage capacity. The number of passengers must not exceed the seats — that is a legal limit. If you are carrying more luggage than usual, tell us when booking so we send the right car. Please carry a valid photo ID on outstation trips.

Delays beyond our control

We plan for traffic, but cannot promise arrival times through road closures, weather, accidents or other disruption. For a flight or train, please book with a sensible margin.

Conduct

Smoking and alcohol are not permitted in the car. A driver may end a trip if passengers behave unsafely or abusively.

Belongings

We take reasonable care, but cannot accept liability for items left in the car. Tell us quickly and we will do our best to recover them.
